Gary is the founder and CEO of LeadFirst and author.  His most recent book is titled “Built to Beat Chaos: Biblical Wisdom for Leading Yourself”.  Winston is a Pastor and friend of Jim who shares a passion for God’s word.

They cover Genesis 2:1-3 and discuss Self-Care Culture, the Sabbath being a symbol in scripture, and the Benefits of the Sabbath in our lives.
