Reflection can be a good thing and a hard thing if you are honest with yourself.  Today Jim shares some personal reflections in order to illustrate how to use this process to learn from weaknesses.  It could be a personal flaw that is creating a weakness in your thinking or a flaw in your business decisions or a problem in your family life.  Where ever this exercise might lead you, there will also be solutions if you slow down and look for them. Don’t let your mind run wild.  It may not sound hard but it takes focus and commitment to find a weakness, learn from it and execute a plan to change it.

If you need coaching and encouragement on how to approach goals and execute a plan, listen to Episode 44 (Goals – Why & How) and Episode 42 (Executing Results!).

Together, we can invest in great leaders. You can make a difference! 💙
