And then after graduation, he began his post-college career working in sales at a car dealership. Little did Elijah know that a chance meeting between his boss and Carrie Esker would lead him to Carrie for some career coaching. Carrie’s coaching and mentoring soon changed Elijah’s life in more ways than he would have ever imagined.
