Mandy has been named the Continental Cheer Coach of the Year, Colorado High School Sports and Activities Cheer Coach of the Year, and National Federation of High School Sports Cheer Coach of the Year, just to name a few of her achievements! She shares with Jim her thoughts on building a winning team, the importance of trust between teammates, and the realities of highs and lows in sports and life.
